Elisabeth Fowler has extensive health care experience in health policy, marketing research and promotion, pharmaceutical sales, and stakeholder and professional relations. Elisabeth has a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University, and an MBA from McGill University (Marketing Major), and a Diploma in Institutional Administration (Specialization-Health) from Concordia University.

Prior to joining World Health Advocacy, she was Director of Partnership Development and Acting Director of Provincial Government Affairs (Quebec) for Rx&D, the association that represents the innovative pharmaceutical industry in Canada. At Rx&D she was responsible for developing and implementing national stakeholder and professional relations strategies. Elisabeth is also the co-creator of the Patient Pathways web site as well as Editor of the stakeholder outreach newsletter. Previously in her career, Elisabeth was a marketing and sales representative for McNeil Consumer Products and spent six years working in the not-for-profit sector.
